A piece centered on 1-2 characters with a background. Fully colored and shaded with cleaner lines. Maximum of 2 characters per scene, not including smaller additions such as pets. Limited to 2 slots at a time.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms are applicable for noncommercial use only. Commercial use must be discussed with the artist. The terms are subject to change without notice.

Pricing & Payment

Base prices are subject to change at any time. Individual commissions may be charged higher based on complexity, depending on information given by the client.I reserve the right to reject a commission based on subject matter or if I do not believe I can complete it to satisfaction.All prices are in USD. The client will receive an invoice through Paypal. In the event that the client is unable to pay via Paypal, they will be sent an invoice through Stripe.I will not start work on the commission unless the invoice is paid, and reserve the right to terminate the commission if payment is not received after a prolonged period of time.

Refunds

All refunds will be done over the original payment method only.If the artist cancels the commission, the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels before any work is complete, they will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels after receiving a sketch, only 70% will be refunded.
No refund will be issued past the coloring phase or if the commission is complete.The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, harassment, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

References and Works-In-Progress

The client is responsible for providing accurate information for any commission, including but not limited to: character reference sheets, photos, or text descriptions. The artist will not be responsible for errors caused by the client's inaccurate information.The client will regularly receive WIPs (works-in-progress) of the commission. During the sketch phase, the client may request any changes desired.Any changes past the lineart phase that would deviate heavily from the sketch or would require entire sections to be redrawn may be denied or incur an additional charge. There will be no charge for changes required because of the artist's mistake.The commission may take up to 3 months to be completed. The turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks. Should there be a delay causing the commission to take longer than 3 months, the client will be notified.Project deadlines must be disclosed up front by the client. The artist is not responsible for not reaching a deadline that was not disclosed in time.

Communication

Communication will be done over private messaging on social media (Twitter, Discord) or via emails from [email protected]. Progress updates will be delivered regularly or when requested, and clients may check in with questions during the process.The artist may not always be immediately available to respond, especially on holidays or during emergencies. If you don't receive a response within 3 days, please resend your message in case it was missed.

Artist Rights

Unless agreed upon otherwise, the Artist retains all rights to artwork, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion.The client may request a delay in publication for time-sensitive work, such as gifts or promotional artwork, or client anonymity on social media.The Artist does not “work for hire” and no project undertaken by a private client is to be interpreted as such. Image rights may be negotiated for an additional fee.

Client Rights

Clients do not need to request permission from the artist to post commisions to a personal gallery, social media, etc. as long as the artist's watermark remains unedited on the image. You may make a small number of prints or merchandise for personal use (display, gifts). This includes t-shirts, charms, pins, buttons, etc.The client may not profit from the artwork without negotiation for additional rights from the artist, whether it is through sale of physical merchandise (t-shirts, charms, prints) or by using the artist's work as promotional images. This does not apply to Twitch emotes.Clients may not mint, sell, or otherwise offer work by the Artist as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or in any other form of digital commodity on a blockchain and/or offered for cryptocurrency.Clients may not claim to have created the artwork regardless of the rights held by either party. Clients may not edit or hire another artist to edit the artist's work without permission.
